Located on Beautiful Bay Point. Only a few minute boat ride to Shell Island. St Andrew’s State Park is directly across the bay & a short car ride to the beautiful beach & Alligator Lake. Th Beautiful Pool w outdoor kitchens & Fire Pit. The Boardwalk has pontoons & other rentals directly behind the condo. New Paint, Carpet, Blinds & Furnishings. Beach/Pool Caddy, chairs, coolers, reusable plastic dishes, beach towels & pool and beach games. The beach’s stuff is,located throughout the condo.

Beautifully remodeled 1 bdrm/ 1.5 bath condo w/660 sqft that's located in an amazing Beach Condominium Resort without the resort fees. Just steps away from the Sugar White Sands of the Emerald Coast. If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.

Newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo - sleeps 4. Gated beachfront community. Fabulous pool & hot tub. Quiet & uncrowded. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops & fun things to do. Beautiful St. Andrew’s State Park with a ferry to shell island is just down the road. Nearby marinas. Plus we see dolphins here all the time not to mention gorgeous sunsets..,.so we think it’s the best spot on the beach! Beach gear provided for you to use + a wagon for easy transport. Relaxed & groovy! 😎

One of the condo’s most exquisite elements is the view from the living room that includes a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom with a high table and bar stools. This unit includes upgraded floors & appliances. The unit can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the Master, 2 double beds in second bedroom and a Sofa in the living room that doubles as a queen bed. Rental includes 2 beach chairs and Umbrella from March 1 to October 31.

Beach Paradise-Perfect Ocean Views-Pool & Sauna

Great Beach condo in “The Club”, directly across from the Gulf/Ocean and beautiful sands. Perfect views and sounds from the two decks. The gulf/ocean is so close you feel like you are in paradise. A great oversized deck off the living and dining rooms. Also, another deck off the master bedroom. Completely remodeled, throughout the condo! Brand new appliances, TVs, vanities, all through the condo. Great pool and hot tub. This will be a vacation to never forget!!!!
