This is an amazing 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. A golf course surrounds the property and we have a beautiful pool, barbecues, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center. We are Covid safe. Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfecting products. The experienced cleaning crew is meticulous to prepare our condo by cleaning all surfaces and appliances before our guest checks in. Cozy lower level Ohana apartment, with ocean view, in our home on our 4 acre family farm in the Ohia cloud forest of Kaloko Mauka. We are located at 2,000 feet up enjoying cooler weather and a unique microclimate just above Kona. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to Costco and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to Kona town. It is a private one bed, one bath with its own separate entrance and parking. It has a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, and a mini washer and dryer.

Connect with loved ones in this family-friendly space. Private downstairs entrance with small lanai perfect for sipping coffee or relaxing. Kolea is a quiet, gated beachfront community of condo villas. What we love most about our villa is our beautiful first floor garden view lanai that leads out to a large grassy area. We relax often on the lanai for BBQs and conversation after a long day of adventure on the island. Our condo is only a short walk to Kolea Beach Club. Our guests can gain access to Anaeho'omalu Bay and enjoy the sandy beach by using the private path from the beach club.
