Townhouse built in 1979. Pool in the backyard is enclosed by a brick fence making this a serene oasis in downtown Taylorsville. This spacious home is perfect for a family vacation. Taylorsville is located in the foothills of North Carolina in easy driving distance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, Charlotte, Asheviille., and Winston Salem.This rental is one side of a duplex. The owners live in the other side. The pool is shared with the Homeowners Seasonally and for Guests only.

The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.
