Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this central Anchorage location. We are in a DIVERSE family neighborhood with many ethnicities and cultures. Apt is in Quite family building. 10 min to downtown, JBER ship creek walking trails, Costco, Eagle river, restaurants. 15 min to airport. A vehicle is needed to visit the Anchorage bowl area. Two hours from Seward, 45 minutes to Girdwood, 50 to Whittier, complementary laundry on site. Last minute reservations excepted.
