The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

The suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen (no stove), and a balcony that overlooks a hillside (deer sighting is not uncommon). There are several parking spots right across the house. Our property is about 10minutes away from St. Mary's College, and is 15-20minutes from Orinda and Lafayette.
