Villa Eden is a cosy and serene located bungalow in Arillas with a 20 min. walk distance to the beach. This modern villa and the salt water - infinity pool are newly build in 2023. The place is fully equipped and mosquito-screened with two rooms. A big kitchen-living room area with a wood stove and a couch/bed and one bedroom with a very comfy bed. A nice bathroom with a walk in shower. From the large terrace you can look into a beautiful lush olive grove. There is also sea view from the garden!

The Villa sits high on the hillside above the quant yet stylish little fishing village of Agios Stefanos. The lofty position delivers a breathtaking combination of jaw-dropping views, cooling sea breezes and luxurious seclusion. 3-level villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the middle level, you will find an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Also on this level is a shower room and a bedroom with two twin beds and its own private veranda. A staircase leads to the upper level, which houses a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and its own private veranda. Staircase leads down to the lower level, there are 2 large bedrooms, each 25m². Each of these bedrooms is equipped with two twin beds.
