Het pension - met uitzicht op de bergen, gelegen aan de achtertuin met uitzicht op het privézwembad van de verhuurder - is een appartement van twee verdiepingen. De begane grond dient als mini-fitnessruimte van de verhuurder, de bovenste verdieping met een slaapkamer en een kleedkamer - nu omgebouwd tot 2e BR. Alle ruimtes en de fitnessruimte zijn voorzien van airconditioning. De privacy van gasten/cmfrt is gewaarborgd. Maximaal 8 gasten - vooraf goedgekeurd.
